Its lovingly handcrafted on family farm which borders beautiful World Heritage Rainforest. This yoghurt is just milk and cultures with an enzyme, lactase, added to break down the lactose in the milk. Its made traditionally and strained through a cheesecloth, leaving you with a delicious creamy yoghurt.
